TLC’s Transformational Education® model is derived from the theory of transformational leadership, which has a very strong research base in social sciences and in education particularly. The Transformational Education model described in this concept paper is distinctive in its approach to apply Transformational Leadership to teachers, describing the means by which teachers benefit students in a supportive classroom and school context.
